YOGA: A SPIRITUAL HEALING

Do you know what is yoga? What is it means? Or is it an exercise or more than that? How do we think about yoga? Why is it important? 
The word yoga originates the Sanskrit word Yuj which means "To Unite". It means the uniting of the body, mind, and spirit. 
This union can be inferred on various levels: philosophically, like that of the respective, limited self with the absolute Self; religiously, like that of the individual soul with the Eternal Spirit; psychologically, as the unification of the personality  where  a state wherein a person no longer lives at cross-purposes with himself; intensely, as the stilling of the waves of likes and dislikes, permitting one to remain in all situations complete in himself.

In today's era, yoga has become its importance. Yoga has become an essential part of life to keep our body healthy. When I was in my first year of graduation, I realized that making yoga a part of our life.  The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi made me a very inspirational work and as soon as the International Yoga Day on 21 June was celebrated all over the world with the efforts of India, the mind was very happy and ever since in life  I decided to do yoga and that's why I am doing yoga till date.  

Due to this yoga, there were many ups and downs in my life, but yoga practice continued in such a strong way that the difficulty in life started to seem small because the art of living is in yoga, I experienced miraculous powers in yoga and ever since yoga has become very valuable in my life.  Today, whether or not there is anything in life, there is something to be found or not, but I have gained happiness and peace by doing yoga. 

Right now a terrible disease like corona is spreading very fast around the world by doing yoga according to the Indian method. Increases in immunity very fast. The Prime Minister of India has sent a message to the world that Yoga should be made a very important part of your life and indeed I have experienced that doing yoga brings peace and happiness in life to "Swami Ramdev Baba a modern yogi", he has very well inspired us to do a yoga practice. Yoga has come as an auspicious opportunity to make us an important part of life, Today we need to adopt this resolve with determination. Our mental health, our physical health be healthy and we can live life in peace easily, such yoga has great power.
 So let's start the new life of your life with yoga, you should also embrace yoga as soon as possible and make your life energetic and spiritual.

Currently, I follow Yoga with Adriene from the past years, I realized that with Adriene it's much more spiritual than physical. I always hated meditation and used to skip that part of the practice but with the time, she managed to sit me through it and I enjoyed it and benefited from it! No matter the situation I can hear her voice and guidance in my head, telling me I am strong, I am in charge of my own emotions and more importantly: the power of the breath. I think it's not necessary to share my experience but I owe this to her: THANK YOU Adriene for being here for millions on people around the world.

Literally, for me Internal peace is all about living a happier life., responding to the situations rather than reacting, mindwipe, and reconnecting with my self to come with a good response to situations that repeat. Yoga and meditation just give us that!

The practice of yoga and meditation show to be a persuasive combination and many enthusiasts like to stage their yoga routine with meditation. When the quaking body becomes constant and the disturbed mind becomes calmer, meditation can provide a deep sense of relaxation. Spirituality gives inner power to govern difficult situations and to keep smiling. Being formed in the Self, your inner peace spreads apparent and makes you a more responsible human being complete caring, sharing, and love.
In sleep, you get rid of lethargy, but the deeper stress remnant in your body. Meditation and yoga purge even the deepest parts of your sensibility, leaving you rested and rejuvenated.
