Successful people have certain qualities in common no matter which period of history they lived in and no matter what their fields of endeavor. Success leaves clues. If we identify and adopt the qualities of successful people, we too shall be successful.

Let's look at the above definition of success carefully.

Progressive means that success is a journey, not a destination. It's an ongoing process. We never arrive. After we reach one goal, we go on the next and the next and so on.

Realization means it is experience. Outside forces cannot make me feel successful. I have to feel it within myself. It is internal, not external.

Worthiness determines the quality of our journey. It is our value system that determines the quality of our journey. We talk of universal values and eternal values. 

Worthiness is what gives meaning and fulfillment. Success without fulfillment is empty. That's like good looks without goodness. In life, we need substance over form not form over substance.

Goals are important because they give us a sense of direction. Our designation determines the direction we take.

Success and happiness go hand in hand. Success is getting what you want and happiness is wanting what you get.

Whenever you ask a successful person how did you do it?  So the immediate answer would be, lofty spirits and self-effort, the guidance of the gurus, knowledge of technology, blessings of elders, and most importantly our positive thinking.

Qualities that make a person successful:

1. Desire - The motivation to succeed comes from the burning desire to achieve a purpose.
   
   
2. Commitment - Integrity and wisdom are the two pillars on which to build and keep commitments. 
   
   
3. Responsibility - People with character accept responsibility. They make decisions and determine their own destiny in life. It involves taking risks and being accountable, which is sometimes uncomfortable.
   
   
4. Hard work - Many times you hear, don't work hard, work smart. What does working smart means? It means: learning from other people's mistakes because our lives are not long enough to make all of our own mistakes. We need to find a process or way to accelerate to achieve our goals or destination. Working smart doesn't mean compromising values. The key to success in life is to work both smart and hard. There is no substitute for hard work. Working hard incles working smart.
   
   
5. Character - It is the sum total of a person's values, beliefs, and personality. It is reflected in our thoughts, behavior, and actions.
   
   
6. Positive thinking and believing - To succeed in life, one needs both the skill and the will. One without the other will not work.
   Whatever a person is in the world, all he needs to succeed is confidence and strong will.
   
   
7. Give more than you get - Always think in terms of giving more than is expected by your people. Many advantages of doing more than you get paid for like you make yourself more valuable, regardless of what you do and where you work. It gives you more confidence.
   
   
8. The power of persistence - It is a decision and commitment to finish what you start.
   
   
9. Pride in performance - It has fallen by the wayside because it requires effort and hard work.
   
   
10. Be willing to be a student - Get a mentor - According to Indian culture, without teacher direction and help, the student could not have met god.

Just like soil, seeds, water, sunlight, fertilizer, and good care is needed for a good harvest. To enjoy success likewise hard work, goals, efficiency, superior intelligence, confidence, and time to properly manage required.

The goal in life is found only when confidence and strong will are awakened in the mind, then success is achieved.  We set goals in life, but due to the hard work and time it takes to achieve the goal, we leave the goal in the middle and say in the world, I tried a lot but did not succeed.  It also needs practice and patience.

In life, if we want to be successful, then first formulate ideas. We make the implementation of that plan and apply it strictly to ourselves.  A person can speak a lot in life but cannot open the dream of achieving the future.

In this world even the worst person can become a good person by listening or reading good things, all he needs is the desire to rise from evil and achieve his goal.

Throw away old disappointments and expectations.  Because when we think of the past, we will surely sink into despair and lose the will to achieve the goal.

Clean the cracks of the mind completely. Listen to inspiring things. Make yourself energetic and do the work today, not put it on tomorrow.

The wait is over now. Just as enthusiasm and enterprise will befriend one and one eleven, then you will say that you know success is just the need to light the flame of this success. Let's start the new creation of your life.

To be successful in life, always set your goal and start to follow it strictly. In the name of life only we are passing the time but if you want to start anything, start today, not from tomorrow.
